Adjustment Disorder

Adjustment disorder includes a group of symptoms, which are stress, feeling sad or hopeless, and physical symptoms that occur after going through a stressful event. It is caused due to general lifestyle changes, the death of a close person, problems with relationships, and a close person's illness. The symptoms are nervousness, crying, feeling sad, and symptoms of suicide. It is treated by taking medications, and cognitive behavior therapy helps a lot.
