Patient's Query

Hi doctor, I have difficulty in passing stools. I put heavy pressure while passing stools. I have pain during bowel movements with bleeding. Initially, my stool is hard and small and after that, it becomes slightly easy to pass.
Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Please mention the duration of these complaints. Please mention whether you noticed any blood in stools or any swelling in your anal area. Please mention whether you have pruritus, abdominal pain, or discharge in the peri-anal area. Please mention whether you have any history of trauma or surgery or anal sex. I suspect that you have an anal fissure. Your complaints can subside by softening your stools and by applying gels in the anal area.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor, I face this issue for two years. Sometimes, I have blood coming out with stool and it pains a lot.
Hi, Welcome back to icliniq.com. Your symptoms are pointing towards anal fissure. Kindly start taking treatment as advised. It gives you good relief.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
