Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am facing headaches, body shivering, and panic attacks for 14 to 15 days and I am not able to focus on anything. I start crying because of this pain and sometimes this problem raises my anger. I have not taken any medicines for this but I have tried all the ways to keep myself calm. I have also tried meditation but it is not helping me out. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for taking help from a psychiatrist. I can understand your situation.

You have tried meditation but it is not helping you. Now I suggest you take medication to deal with your problem. Take a tablet of Escitalopram (Sorbitol and Citric Acid) 10 mg daily in the morning after breakfast and a tablet of Clonazepam (Lactose Monohydrate and Magnesium Stearate) 0.25 mg in the morning and at night. I hope I have cleared your doubts.

Kindly let me know if you want some help.

Thank you.

Investigations to be done

Get the following investigations done: 1. CBC (complete blood count). 2. Thyroid profile (t3, t4, thyroid stimulating hormone). 3. Vitamin B12 test. 4. Vitamin D3 test.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply. I am not getting these tablets without a prescription. Can you please provide me with a proper prescription

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I am sorry that I can not provide you with a prescription as it is a schedule X drug. As per government rules, I cannot give prescriptions for this type of medication through teleconsultation. I can only give you suggestions. I hope that you get my point. Kindly let me know if you want some help.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
