How to get rid of white and black spots in my genital area?

Hello doctor,

What is this black mark and white spot? I am a 20-year-old virgin and am really worried about this. It is not itchy or painful, but whatever it takes, I want to get rid of it. Also, my penis and scrotum have turned very dark, and I want to get back the original color. And the whole area has too much foul smell, so I need to get that cleared, too. Please help.

I have reviewed the available photographs and your description (attachment removed to protect patient identity). From the available details, it seems the problem is due to poor hygiene. I have commonly observed that people while taking a bath, forget their private parts to clean, which leads to infection and related complications.

The presence of foul smell is a clear indication that there is abnormal bacterial growth, which gives bad smells. I mean to say that while bathing, clean the private area with the use of soap or Dettol to stop having this foul smell, regain the original color, and get rid of the black mark.

Regarding the white patch, it seems like a birth mark, and I do not think it can be removed.I must acknowledge that if it appeared recently, then there is a good chance of removing it.
