Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • You are reporting to have bloating after eating, especially lunch. These symptoms may be related to stomach issues like gastritis or gall bladder issues like biliary sludge (bile precipitation) or dyskinesia (gall bladder muscle motility disorder).
  • In my opinion you should get an upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound.
  • In the meantime, I would suggest to use PPI - proton pump inhibitors like Prilosec (Omeprazole).
  • Also, I suggest Simethicone to reduce gas forming. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and take the medicine with consent.
