Should I take both Olmezest and Amlong for hypertension?

Yes, you may continue with Olmezest 20 mg alone in the morning, and keep on monitoring the blood pressure. If BP rises above 140 systolic, then you have to add tablet Amlong 2.5 mg in the evening. So at present, you may continue with Olmezest 20 mg alone. So you should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty oily and high-calorie food. Have less of a nonvegetarian diet and avoid egg yellow if you are a nonvegetarian. You should have regular exercises like brisk walking or running according to your capacity, for at least 30 minutes a day. For low vitamin D, have tab Uprise D3 60,000 units once a week for eight weeks with milk. For vitamin B12 deficiency, have tablet ME12 OD once daily for two weeks.
