I have difficulty in breathing along with headaches every day.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your medical history and CBC (complete blood count) report) (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Your CBC does not show any significant abnormal values. Slight deviations are seen and they are insignificant. Regarding breathing difficulty, as it is present in you for a long time at this younger age, then it is most probably due to bronchial asthma. Apart from this, we need to rule out cardiac ailments. I suggest you consult a doctor for having a physical examination to rule out the signs of asthma. Do some investigations and have a follow-up soon. Please mention whether you have breathlessness during work or at rest. Please mention whether you have any associated chest discomfort or palpitations.

Investigations to be done

You need to do a chest X-ray (CXR) in the posteroanterior view and echocardiogram (ECHO).

Probable diagnosis

You have bronchial asthma or congenital heart disease.

Treatment plan

You can take tablet Deriphyllin retard 150 mg (Etofylline and Theophylline) twice daily.

Preventive measures

Avoid having dust exposure.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
