Here I would like to comment there is no evidence of any other disease like warts etc. For yeast infection, I would suggest you keep good hygiene and avoid friction. Mix Clotrimazole cream in equal amounts with Hydrocortisone cream and apply two times a day for seven days. Stop Hydrocortisone cream and continue to apply Clotrimazole cream for two weeks. Fordyce spots are non-communicable and non-contagious conditions.

Yes, these are normal variants. In our skin there are glands and in some individuals, they become slightly prominent. These are called Fordyce spots. They are just cosmetically not accepted by individuals otherwise these are harmless. If still you want to get rid of them cautery is the procedure that needs to be done.
