Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am in my late 40's and I feel weak and have been suffering from back pain, body pain, standing for long hours is also quite painful for me. What supplements should I take?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You could get Calcium supplements for a few weeks as calcium depletion at this age is common and women are more prone to a decreased bone density which can be symptoms like you have. However, it would be wise to get a thorough body check-up and get some blood work done for mineral levels and a full blood count. You can also get a serum electrolytes test done. Also, let me know if you have other symptoms like dizziness, low blood pressure, etc. You are dangerously underweight which explains your symptoms. Do you have an eating disorder or have you lost weight recently? Please let me know so that I can help you further.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
