Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have right-sided chest pain and a burning sensation in the breast. Also, I feel pain in the right side of the chest while swallowing, drinking water, or eating something. I had ECG done, and the reports were normal. However, I am currently taking Sucrafil O Gel and Gastoz tablets. Kindly suggest me a solution to resolve this.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It seems to be due to esophagitis and gastritis. I suggest you to avoid oily and spicy foods. Also, avoid non-vegetarian foods for a few weeks. I suggest you to exercise and go for walks regularly for better health. In addition, I suggest you to take one capsule of Pan-D (Pantoprazole and Domperidone) on an empty stomach, syrup Ulgel-A (Magaldrate-Simethicone) 10 ml three times a day, one tablet of Aimil Amalki (an ayurvedic medicine) twice a day. Consume these medicines for three weeks and send me a follow-up after seven days. Also, you can stop the previous medications. I hope this has helped you. Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
