Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 35 years old woman. I have an office job which reduces my physical activity to a minimum. Often I have short breath, chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, and pain on the left side of my neck and jaw followed by nausea. All of these symptoms are increased with the stress level. After a cardiological review, I have been diagnosed with mild cardiac insufficiency grade 1 and 2. Also, my treating doctor stated that above mentioned symptoms are not related to my diagnosis and for cardiac insufficiency, no symptoms are felt. Please advise what could be the reason for my symptoms and what precautions should I take. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Your symptoms can be caused by a ulcer disease. I would love to know if you did a lipid profile test or stress test. If you did please upload the test result. It is important to do these tests to be able to completely rule out if the symptoms are not in connection to the insufficiency. Best regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
