Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read through your query in detail. Please find my observations below. The baby's head position is downwards and favorable for vaginal delivery (attachment removed to protect patient identity). The placenta position is along left lateral wall and acceptable. The amount of amniotic fluid is within normal limits. The umbilical cord is normal with three vessels one vein and two arteries. Heart rate is 147 beats per minute and is normal. Peak systolic velocity at 37 weeks showing 57.70 cm/sec is normal. Umbilical artery PI of 0.93 is also normal. In conclusion, your baby is developing normally and no special precautions are required for delivery.
