Hi doctor,
I am 33 weeks pregnant and I have been getting random horrible pain in my belly, right hip, and back for a few months.
The pain is unbearable. I think it may be connected to constipation and tonight I passed a stool with really strange-looking lumps of clear tissue.
I never had this strange stuff in my stool before.
I am taking the tablet Hydroxychloroquine.

Yes, you are correct. Constipation and abdominal distension can lead to this type of pain that you are experiencing.
I will suggest you take some good laxatives like syrup Lactulose (laxative) 15 mL twice daily along with anti-spasmodic drugs like Drotaverine (safe in pregnancy).
Kindly modify your diet and consume a high-fiber diet with fruits and vegetables. This will also help with constipation.
Another thing that I would like to bring to your notice is that the tablet Hydroxychloroquine is known to cause gastritis and abdominal distention. If you can consider stopping taking the tablet Hydroxychloroquine that will also help a lot.
You need to discuss this with your doctor who had advised you to take the tablet Hydroxychloroquine (anti-malarial). I am not the right doctor to comment upon this as I do not know why you are consuming the tablet Hydroxychloroquine.
