Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been trying to get pregnant and have recurring chemical pregnancies. I do not know my history of autoimmune diseases and have never been tested, but my family has got a history of Crohn's disease and potentially IBS. I also develop a high fever at the end of my miscarriage while passing clots.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below,

1. Get a detailed evaluation, investigation, and treatment for your immune disease.

2. Get checked for other health problems like thyroid, diabetes, and high blood pressure. All levels should be within normal limits.

3. Have a high dose of Folic acid daily.

4. Have a balanced diet, weight, and body mass index.

5. Do regular walks, yoga, and exercise.

6. Have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.

7. I also suggest you take blood-thinning medications as soon as fetal viability is confirmed.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
