Q. What are the treatment options available to cure the bending of the penis during erection?

My penis bends downwards during erections, and the foreskin is tight and accumulates in a ring shape when brought back. The erections are not frequent, and it does not last long. I used to masturbate a lot. Is this because of excessive masturbation? Kindly suggest.
