Hello doctor,
My penis has a unique shape with one side curved and another shaped. My penis is not much stronger than usual. Sometimes, when I am hard within two minutes, it falls automatically. At times, automatically semen will flow for every single person. But it does not happen to me when I masturbate. The sperm will come, but I do not know what to do. I am having these symptoms for the first time. Please help.

The slight curvature in the penis is considered normal it will not hamper the sexual performance. It occurs in most males. The discharge of semen spontaneously is seen in many individuals because of a lack of masturbation or sexual intercourse. If you engage yourself in regular intercourse or masturbation, then the problem is solved spontaneously. Early discharge or premature ejaculation is a distressing problem.
