Hi doctor,
I have dandruff, pimples, scars, and blackheads. I get rashes on my neck for the past one week. Please help.

Eat salads and fruits. Avoid oily and spicy meats for a few weeks. Go for a walk early in the morning. Exercise regularly. Use herbal face wash. Use Zocon KZ (Ketoconazole and Zinc Pyrithione) shampoo once in a week for six weeks. I suggest (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent) capsule Doxt-SL (Doxycycline and Lactic acid bacillus) one tablet twice on the first day, then from second day one tablet once daily for two weeks. Follow up after three weeks.
