Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I got married eight months back and we are trying for a baby. But I am not yet got conceived. I am sending my test report and ultrasound report. Please go through it and suggest me. Do I need to do other tests? Do you recommend any medicines for me? Now I am taking Vida-Z tablets.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I fully understand your concern.

I understand that you are under a lot of pressure to become a mother soon. But getting pregnant is a joint responsibility of both husband and wife. Both you and your husband need to get examined. We recommend treatments if the couple below 30 years of age is unable to get conceived after trying for a year. We recommend infertility treatments for the couple if the lady is more than 30 years of age and if they fail to get conceived after a year of trying. Kindly mention the age of yours and your husband. Please mention whether you have a history of miscarriage or any other major illness. Please mention the medications taken by you and share the test reports done till now. Please mention your menstrual health in detail with cycle length and ovulation cycles. In the meantime, you can start taking Folic acid and multivitamins. Have an alternative day of intercourse during ovulation. You can start taking Duphaston (Dydrogesterone) from day 9 to 18 of your cycle if you have a 28 to 30 days cycle.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
