Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been getting depressed, irritated, and tired for no reason. I practice yoga daily but it does not help.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your problem. After delivery, there are changes in the level of hormones in the body. Many women feel postpartum blues while some undergo depression. Maybe your symptoms also started post-delivery. You seem to have symptoms of depression which is again a common problem. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Follow regular routine.
  2. Eat healthy nutritious food.
  3. Do yoga, meditate, and walk.
  4. Practice deep breathing exercises.
  5. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
