Hi doctor,

I have dizziness all the time), headaches sometimes, and fatigue as symptoms. I have met three doctors along with a psychiatrist. They have put me on antidepressants. I take Mirtaz 7.5 (Mirtazapine IP). In contrast, I take one tablet at night, and most of the day remains fine. When I start feeling uneasiness with increased heartbeats, dizziness at times, and mild headaches. Please let me know what it is and how I go about it.
