Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old female. My height is 5 feet 1 inch, and my weight is 126 pounds. I feel dizzy every day, both after I wake up and before I sleep. Biogesic is not helping. At first, I only had headaches every day. I would drink Biogesic every time I felt my head aching. After that, I started waking up and feeling dizzy every day. I have always had headaches every time I moved my head or tilted it, whether it was facing south or north, ever since I was a child. I only take Ibuprofen (Advil) and Biogesic for the dizziness and headaches. Please help me.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern.

Actually, constant dizziness after waking up may be associated with low blood pressure or deranged liver function. So, I would suggest you check your blood pressure once and do a liver function test. Sometimes, pregnancy can cause morning dizziness, so I would like to ask: Are you currently pregnant? When was your last period? Biogesic will not help much; that is why it is important to determine the cause of this dizziness. Only then can we treat it with proper medications. Please do not worry; it will be fine. Let me know if you are currently pregnant or not.

I hope this has helped you. Please feel free to reach me again, in case of further queries.

Thank you.
