Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 24-year-old male. I have been masturbating since I was 13. I first had sex when I was 20 years old, and I was not able to do so. I started taking Sildenafil. As of today, I guess I have taken around 30 to 40 tablets of them. I have stopped taking it now. I also used to use Lidocaine and Prilocaine gel. I have also felt my size has decreased. Now, I find it hard to get an erection, and when I do, I ejaculate very early, under a minute. Also, what I have noticed is that I am losing control over my penis, as when I pee, there are always a few drops left, and I keep leaking them. I am addicted to porn. I want to change my life. Can I be cured? If yes, I am ready to do anything to end this miserable life. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Do not worry. I am here to take care of you. Yes, masturbation can be cured if you can seek counseling from a physical therapist. Discuss this negative attitude with your partner and family members. Join a discussion group in your locality, engage in meaningful activities like sports, and do not stay alone. Also, I believe that masturbation has caused you weak erection and premature ejaculation. So, to cure this, I suggest you take the following:

1. Tablet Sildenafil citrate 50 mg orally once a day.

2. Apply Lidocaine spray at the sensitive glans penis before sex.

3. Tablet Manix 500 mg orally thrice a day.

I hope this helps.

Schedule another appointment for follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.

Thanks and regards.
