Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I masturbated too much in my young days. So now, when I have a chance to have sex, my penis does not erect at that time. So I rubbed it and tried to make it harder my partner also tried, but it did not, and suddenly my precum came without even fully erect. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

As you had habituated to masturbation since a young age. It has become a habit to masturbate. During masturbation, you imagine someone, and you keep masturbating during this process; you come to climax earlier and try to finish off early. This has become a habit for you as long as you keep masturbation. Now you are trying to have sex with your partner and you have developed erectile dysfunction.

I suggest,

1. Today, when you meet your partner, be relaxed and do foreplay more. Do not try to jump in to climax. 2. Do meditation and increase your willpower.

3. Stop masturbation.

4. Even though it is a normal phenomenon, one and all do.

5. In your case, as you are preoccupied with thoughts. You are implementing the same and finishing off early.

6. So when you have a chance to have sex, you are not able to do it.

7. There is no medication as you are young.

8. If you take proper steps by avoiding regular masturbation, you might achieve a good time.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards.
