Is my erectile dysfunction curable at 30?

Hello doctor,

I am male 30 years old and unmarried. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. There is no erection when I go near a female. When it comes to masturbation, an erection is there, just the timing is very short. Moreover, many drops and a colorless viscous fluid appear after urination. Is it curable?
