Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I was in sexual contact with my partner with my dresses on. He ejaculated on my pants, which I cleaned immediately. Later he fingered me. This happened after three days of my periods. But I am doubtful if there are chances of pregnancy if he had touched the ejaculation on my pants or his penis before pregnancy. I have a history of PCOS.

A week later, I started spotting brown, and it turned red and then clotted. So I had a regular checkup, and they did a scan. But there is nothing in the scan like a gestational sac or something. I also experience frequent urination and discomfort near the urethra. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

The chances of pregnancy in your case are almost zero as the sperm cannot travel through clothes. Also, you had your periods after that. The ultrasound report (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity) shows you have polycystic ovaries, which means you are not ovulating correctly.

I would recommend you start exercising regularly for 30 minutes every day.

The pain you have near the urethral area could be due to a urethral spasm. If the pain does not subside on time, do a urine routine and microscopy test to see for any urinary tract infection.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I have other questions hoping you could give answers.

1. As I am under tablets Tendoforte and Paracetomal for muscle pain. Will they interfere with the efficiency of birth control pills and reduce their effects?

2. The brown spotting that has occurred. Can I consider that as my period, or is it implantation bleeding? Spotting instead of period is usual for me, but this frequent urination makes me tense.

3. I knew sperm could not pass through clothes, but I was more stressed about if he touched his penis or the ejaculation part on the pants before fingering me. Is there a chance of pregnancy?

4. The doctor said the tablet Dronis 30 mg has side effects, such as headaches, leg cramps, and breathing problems, and if the symptoms get severe, I should stop taking the tablet. But what if I have mild discomfort due to a headache? Can I use take tablet Saridon to relieve pain?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Tablets Tendoforte and Paracetomal for muscle pains will not interfere with the efficiency of birth control pills. You can continue if there is pain.

The brown spotting is due to hormonal imbalances rather than any implantation bleeding. As I mentioned before, the chances of pregnancy are almost zero, as per the history you have mentioned.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
