Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

1. Dexolac premium contains calcium to phosphorus ratio near to 2:1, which is more like breast milk and other properties too near to breast milk. It also contains more iron compared to plain Dexolac.

2. It contains nucleotides, which are said to help neurologic development and boost immunity.

3. So, Dexolac premium is more desirable than Dexolac 1.
