Hello doctor,
From the last 15 days I have a problem that I feel pain in my belly and then after that, I have to go to the toilet to pass stool. This happened 4 to 5 times a day. Because of this I also have a problem of rashes on my anus. Kindly suggest.

You can have acute gastroenteritis like infective pathology. It is advisable to take an antacid like Rabeprazole for a week. Empirically broad spectrum antibiotic like Ofloxacin plus Ornidazole combination can be started. Take bland diet more. Avoid excess spicy foods.
I suggest you investigate with ultrasonography of abdomen, stool routine micro examination and occult blood test for further work up.
