Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My height is not increasing, and my beard hair is coming before the actual time on my face. I want to decrease my sex power.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Firstly, you are just taking stress on something you do not need to worry about. So, the first step is to stop worrying. Some males would reach the right height as early as 15 years of age, and for most males, it goes up to as late as 23 years and even later. But by the time you become 25, you will have reached your right height. I also want to remind you that your height and build-depend on genetic factors, including your parent's height and build. For the time being, you can resort to height-gaining exercises, pull-ups, and stretches, and avoid body-building exercises. You also need a good amount of food, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, eggs,non-red meat, and a lot of milk.

Now, about the early growth of a beard, it is normal to have beard hair at this age. It depends from individual to individual and their physique. Some people have beard hair early in life, and some are only around 30 years of age. Do not compare yourself to any other male counterparts. You are fortunate as a beard signifies manhood. So without worrying about it, embrace it.

You are just fine. Do not worry

Stay healthy, happy, and positive.
