Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have headaches because of my eye problem. When I checked my eyes, I got a + 0.25 number in SPH, and my doctor suggested using eyeglasses. This is the first time me wearing glasses. When I wear glasses, I see distant objects closer than they are, but when I do not wear glasses, I can see them clearly. Is it because I have an eye problem or because I am wearing glasses for the first time. Please let me know if this is an issue or not?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I feel + 0.25 is not a significant number, and I suggest you do not wear glasses. Even if you do not wear glasses, you will not have headaches with such a small number. Headaches can be because of reasons other than the eye. I suggest you visit a physician to rule out migraine, sinusitis, anemia, or a tension headache. I suggest you use eye drop Ocurest plus (Phenylephidrine hydrochloride, Naphazoline hydrochloride, Menthol, and Camphor) three times a day for two weeks. This drop will relieve your eye tiredness and frontal headache associated with it. Thank you and take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
