Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I did a recent blood test, where my CBC, TLC, ALC are normal and looks fine but under DLC (differential leucocytic count) my lymphocyte is 41.2 (range 20 to 40), eosinophil is 6.6 (range 1 to 6). What does this mean? I have a very slight cold for some time and sometimes when I lift anything, my upper right arm closer to my elbow feels stressed and it hurts and the same hand between my palm and wrist space below my wrist it hurts. No stiffness. I can do all the activities. I can feel a kind of a pain in these two spots. My height is 5'4", weight is 152 lbs. This blood test was done exactly five days after my periods.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your complete blood count report shows borderline lymphocytes and eosinophil. But that can be from the cold that you already have. I need to know your full CBC to check absolute lymphocytes count and absolute eosinophil count. So you can attach your reports.

For bone pain at two spots, investigate with serum 25 (OH-hydroxy) vitamin D estimation and serum-free ionized calcium estimation. You can provide that reports once done. Bursa or tendon inflammation also can be possible in your case. It happens if we overuse a particular portion of the body. You can be prescribed course of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase combination.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
