Hello doctor,
I am having a lot of health anxiety but wanted to ask as a few days ago I got a massage and at the end, the masseuse touched the end of my penis with her hand while I masturbated. She was fully clothed the whole time and she only touched me for a second before I moved her hand. My concern is somehow germs got into my urethra and I have contracted aids by this. Please advise. Should I be worried about this and the test?

The chances of transmission of HIV by body massage are nil. Intact skin is an effective barrier to the entry of HIV (human immune virus).
