Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 27 years, and my husband is 29 years old. One month before we got married. We did not have proper knowledge of intimation, so on our first night, we did foreplay, but when he tried to insert his penis, he did not know where to and how to insert it. Later he tried fingering, and I got some sexual feelings, but while doing this, he lost his erection. This process had been happening for some days. I do not know what to do or what the issue is. Please give suggestions on the process for intimation.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It is normal and happens with a lot of couples who are new to intercourse. He is losing the erection because of a loss of confidence when he tries to insert. To make an erection smooth, you should follow a few points:

  1. Spend more time in foreplay.
  2. Do not try to go for insertive sex.
  3. Just spend more time in foreplay.
  4. He can stimulate you with his fingers, and you can stimulate him with your hands. If you people think that there is time for insertion, only then try for sex.
  5. Use a good lubricant during sex. A glycerol (glycerine) and hydroxyethylcellulose jelly can be used after consulting your specialist doctor. Apply over the penis and vaginal opening to help in easy penetration.
  6. Reassure him again and again that this is normal. No need to get worried.

Thank you.
