Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been unable to sleep for the past 2 weeks. I am preparing for my exam so things about studying always go on in my mind whenever I try to sleep. And I sleep around 4 to 5 am morning and the whole day I am tired and irritated.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You can follow the advice to maintain the sleep cycle.

  1. Check your thyroid level.
  2. Do not drink tea or coffee.
  3. You may have a meal around 9 pm, then walk for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Avoid overthinking before sleeping.
  5. Take tablet Alprax 0.25 mg. You can use sleep medicine as the last option but let me know your details first.

I hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
