Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 39-year-old male and have no disease like high blood pressure or diabetes. I have been married for 19 years, and have six children. My height is 170.18 cm and weigh 163.142 pounds. l have had a problem sleeping for the past few years. I feel I hear noises like that of cockroaches and other insects during the night. My friends consider me very healthy and fit and look younger than them. Now, I am also having erection problems during sex. It is fine in the beginning, but I am not able to maintain it. It is also fine while I masturbate. Please help.

Thank you.
