Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 37-year-old woman. I have been experiencing some troubling symptoms and I am hoping to find some relief. I have been struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. It has been a few months now, and I am starting to feel the effects during the day. I constantly feel fatigued, and irritable, and find it hard to concentrate on my daily tasks. It is impacting my quality of life. Do you have any suggestions or guidance on how I can manage or alleviate these symptoms?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for writing and I understand your concern.

Such symptoms are usually associated with high blood pressure and stress. Hormonal imbalance can lead to such symptoms as well. So I would suggest you check your blood pressure once. If you have any kind of stress then I would suggest you start meditation and exercises. Take a proper diet, and reduce your intake of sugar and caffeine-containing products like coffee and chocolates. I would like to know if you are experiencing any kind of stress. And if you are taking any medicines currently, please let me know. You can do CBC(complete blood count) and TFT (thyroid function test) as well. And send me the reports.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
