Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had red itchy spots on my chest for two weeks, which improve after applying Calamine lotion. But it comes back after a day or two. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It is an allergic rash with superficial fungal infection. I suggest the following. Apply 1 % Luliconazole cream or lotion at night for two weeks. Apply Fucidin (Fusidic acid) cream in the daytime for ten days. Take Tablet Teczine-M (Levocetirizine + Montelukast) at night after food for seven days. Use Ketoconazole soap for the bath for one month. Avoid scratching and rubbing of lesions. Avoid occlusion or friction on the spots. Avoid activities that cause sweating. Wear loose, comfortable thin cotton clothes. Stay in a well-ventilated room or cool environment. Regards. Please follow up after two weeks.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I applied Fucidin cream for ten days during the daytime and Luliconazole lotion for 15 days at night time. There are no red spots on the chest and no itchiness. There is a significant improvement. I am continuing to take bath with Ketoconazole soap.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Good to know that there are no symptoms. Thank you for following up. Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
