Doctor has given me medicines

  • Mepresso-t 8 milligrams - 1/2 tablet daily.

  • Gastic - 1 tablet daily.

I have been taking the above medicines for the last 30 days but there is no improvement. I am worried about it as it does not damage my liver from taking many painkiller tablets. Already my liver is a little injured.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Since your ESR (erythocyte sedimentation rate) is high and CRP (c-reactive protein) is positive. So, in my opinion, you should consult a rheumatologist. It seems like some connective tissue disorder. Multiple joint involvement can occur in such disorders. You need a detailed rheumatologic workup and treatment for the same if required.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always come back and reach me at icliniq.com.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
