Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a headache, ringing in my ears sometimes for a while, stomach ache, cramps in muscles or bones, sore throat with discomfort, diarrhea, fatigue, paleness, dizziness sometimes, without any indication, nauseous for a minute, cold hands, often feeling cold with shivering even when it is warm in my area, faster, difficult and heavy breathing, weak muscles, especially arms, random tingling, feeling full quickly and stomach is swollen. Could they be a sign of leukemia, or should I consult a general practitioner?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not worry; I am here to take care of you.

The symptoms you presented are features of immunosuppressive disease that affect the whole system, presenting bizarre symptoms that do not correlate with each other. I would suggest you kindly do an HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) test, CBC (complete blood count), malaria, widal test, urinalysis, and urine culture test and reply to me with the result. Yes, it is possible to query leukemia; this is one of the causes of immunosuppressive illness. So, we can rule out leukemia when there are very high leukocytes or lymphocyte cells in blood or bone marrow detected by blood tests or bone marrow biopsy. Anyway, while I wait for the result, please kindly take the following:

1 Tablet Acetaminophen 500 mg PO (per orally) three times a day.

2 Tablet Artemether 100 mg PO twice a day.

3 Tablet Metronidazole 400 mg PO three times a day.

4 Capsule Co-Amoxiclav (Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid) 625 mg PO twice a day.

5 Tablet Hyoscine butyl bromide 10 mg PO twice a day.

6 Tablet Diphenoxylate or Atropine (Lomotil) 5mg/0.05mg.

7 Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg PO three times a day.

8 Tab Acyclovir 800 mg PO twice a day.

If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
