Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

  1. Yes, there are rashes of the same kind on my inner thigh.
  2. Yes, the other hand has it too but it is small on the back of my hand.
  3. I have been using 1 % Hydrocortisone.
  4. No history of diabetes.
  5. Yes, there is some.
  6. No, I am not on any medications.
  7. No, my nails are fine.
  8. I work as a waitress.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is going in favor of lichen planus or allergic contact dermatitis. A biopsy is required to confirm the diagnosis. Hydrocortisone is not going to work on it. I suggest Clobetasol ointment twice daily for 15 days followed by Mometasone cream twice daily.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
