What causes symptoms like loss of appetite, ringing ears, irregular heartbeat in a smoker?

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old, 102 pounds, 5'4 feet female, and I have been noticing something different with my body every day. I am a smoker, I have about two to six cigarettes a day. I made a list over time of changes I have noticed and I did really like an answer to what is going on with me. This is the list I have made:

1. Huge loss of appetite, eat every other day.

2. Out of breath quickly.

3. Irregular heartbeat.

4. Bald spots - one on my head and one on my leg.

5. Dry skin.

6. Ringing in the ear, and everything become fuzzy.

7. Oversleeping a lot.

8. Numbness in fingers, body parts twitch.

9. Always tired, sore muscles and strained eyes, chest pain.

Sometimes when I take a deep breath it hurts my heart and I have to slowly take them until it stops. Sometimes when it is cold outside, and my body is exhausted, I cannot stop shivering, my body gets very sore and I can barely move. Sometimes my muscles feel very weak. Please help.
