Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. The levels are not under control with medicine. Take a low-salt diet unless otherwise contraindicated. Do you perform any exercises in a routine? Maintain blood pressure monitoring chart. Walk, do yoga, and exercise as health permits, gradually it will help. The only way to improve platelet is either transfusion or diet. Please rule out any other medical conditions that might be a cause of low platelets. Check the iron profile and B12 levels. Take a strict diabetic diet. I would suggest you take a dietician's opinion. How many times do you wake up at night for urine? Avoid sweet, sugar, honey, jaggery, biscuits, rusk. In fruits take only papaya, guava, and kiwi. Replace white rice with brown rice and bread and flour with multigrain. Get an ECG (electrocardiogram) done to rule out any cardiac complications since the pulse rate is low. Have you attained menopause? Continue ongoing medicine as per the treating doctor.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Regards.
