Hi doctor,

I am a 28-year-old male who got married two years ago. For the past three to four months, I have been experiencing irritation at the base of the head of my penis, a tight foreskin, and redness, particularly where the foreskin attaches to the head. This occurs after intercourse and takes about four to five days to resolve. It has been happening after each intercourse session for the past three to four months.

Please advise.
