Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Wet dreams or nightfall are normal. It can be due to increased erotic stimulus mentally physically or visually without sex or masturbation. At this age, you will be having good testosterone production. There will be 20000 sperms produced every minute and that’s a lot of semen production. You need to let it out by masturbation or sex if not it will come out on its own when you are very much relaxed (sleep).

Since you know the cause, treating it is easy. You should reduce the frequent erotic stimulus or masturbate or have sex.

Ways to reduce the frequent erotic stimuli are:

1. Limit the intake of caffeinated beverages and foods after late afternoon. Consuming caffeine before bedtime can stimulate the brain and cause erotic dreams.

2. Take a cold shower before bedtime. This decreases the excessive sensitivity in the genital region.

3. Limit and control your stress levels. Stress can be a triggering factor to anything and everything. Hence to obtain a peaceful night’s sleep keeping a check on your stress levels is necessary

4. Avoid sleeping on your back or stomach. These positions are known to cause sleep orgasms. Better sleep on your side.

5. Exercise regularly and keep your body and mind relaxed. Excessive tension or anxiety and body tiredness together elevate your chances of sleep orgasms.

6. Avoid watching and reading erotic content at night. These stimulate both your body and mind and result in wet dreams while you are asleep.

Reasons for erectile dysfunction (ED) are:

1. Stress due to work or family-related.

2. Depression.

3. Varicocele.

4. Fear of failure (having one episode of ED once may make you feel you will end up with ED).

5. Low self-esteem (chronic masturbation).

6. Homosexuality.

7. Religious constraints.

8. Smoking and alcohol.

9. Long-term illness (cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or any other disease with long-term medication).

10. Simple vitamin deficiency.

11. Hormonal issue (thyroid issue, low testosterone, and increased prolactin).

12. Long-term drug usage.

13. Diabetes and hypertension.

You need to plan for regular exercise and a proper diet.

Thank you.
