Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Skin pigmentation means the darkness of the skin and is the side effect of excessive sunlight exposure. Indian skin is very prone to get tan. I suggest you follow:

1. Avoid direct sunlight exposure as much as you can. Wear sunglass, and caps and cover the exposed part of the body all the time.

2. Use sunscreen thrice a day at 10 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM all over the face.

3. Sunscreen SPF (sun protection factor) should be around 50.

4. Use anti-pigmentation cream over pigmented parts.

5. If tanning is deep and too much, the ideal treatment is glycolic acid peels. Sittings of six peels must be required.

6. Never stop sunscreen even if tanning goes off.

7. Rule out thyroid, diabetes, and obesity. All three factors help in tanning a lot.

Post-acne scars or acne pores are of three types, namely, box scars, icepick (pinpoint scars), and rolling scars. Pinpoint scars are difficult to treat, while box scars are easy. No creams or tablets can help you out with scars. The best technique is CO2 (carbon dioxide) fractional laser with subcision. It takes six sitting but the results are better than any other procedure. Filler is a hiding effect. It fills the pits and gives the impression of fullness, and it is not permanent. Chemical peels, if scars are not much prominent, then, peels also could be effective. These are techniques you can go through. All procedures take six sitting and six months for better results. To prevent the wrinkling of the skin, you have to take care of facial skin from a very young age. Moisturizing twice a day is very helpful in preventing anti-aging skin. However, sagging of the skin also occurs due to excessive smoking, obesity, exposure to sunrays, alcohol, using harsh chemical products on the skin, and sudden weight loss. Keep your skin hydrated and apply moisturizer twice a day. Take multivitamins, zinc tablets, and vitamins C, E, and vitamin A. Use vitamin C serum to keep the freshness and elasticity of the skin. Do not wash your face more than two times, as it causes dryness.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.
