Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 28-year-old female. Nowadays, I often get one-sided headache after working in front of the computer. I think I am suffering from a migraine headache. How can I identify the other potential triggers for my migraine? Along with medication, are there lifestyle modifications that can help reduce the frequency and severity of migraine headaches? What are the recommended at-home remedies to alleviate the symptoms of migraine headache? Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I appreciate the confidence that you place in me for your healthcare consultation.

Actually, I believe that you have acute migraine. Other potential causes of migraine include stress, chronic coffee intake, lack of sleep, noise pollution, illicit drug usage, and tobacco and alcohol intake. Lifestyle changes include adequate sleep, reducing too much exposure to light radiation, exercising twice daily, and reducing alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drug intake. Home remedies include taking an analgesic (pain killer). If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for a follow-up.

I wish you good health.

Do get back in case of further queries.

Thank you.
