Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 32 years old and sometimes I have pain in my right testicle. It also looks reduced in length. Would like to know the cause of it?

Answered by Dr. Madhav Tiwari

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please help me with a few details. How long has this been going on? Do you have pain daily or occasionally? Is there a swelling above the testis? Do you have any difficulty passing urine like straining, burning, urgency, or frequency? Have you ever had any blood in your urine? Is there any pain in the area between your testicles and the anus? Do you have any pain after ejaculation? Do you stand for long periods of time during the day? Have you had any tests done?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply,

This has been for the past year it seems. The pain is not daily but only a few times. I do not think there is swelling, no difficulty in passing urine, no blood in my urine, and no pain after ejaculation. I am a software professional and I will be mostly in sitting positions. I did not have taken any tests. I have more stress.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I will advise you of a couple of tests, please do them and revert back to me. Those are semen culture, urine routine, culture sensitivity, PSA (prostate-specific antigen), and vitamin D. Please start these tablets for the time being, tablet Cranpac D (Cranberry extract and D-Mannose) in the morning and evening for three months, tablet Econorm 250 mg in the morning for three months. Based on the results of the tests, I may prescribe more medication based on the test results.

Please revert back with the results.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
