Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 23-year-old female. I am having vomiting for the past three days. I have pain in the left side of my pelvis. I also have headaches and chest pain. And I have been diagnosed with two gallbladders. I have not had my periods in five months and sure that I am not pregnant. I am experiencing a lot of white discharge also. Please help me with your advice. Thank you.

Hi

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. In the picture provided by you (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), there is both white discharge and bleeding present. I believe the differential diagnosis can be the following- Pelvic inflammatory disease, Candidiasis, chlamydia and gonorrhea like sexually transmitted diseases. I suggest you do the following tests : Serum HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), Per speculum examination Pelvic examination, Ultrasound sonography (USG) pelvis, CBC (complete blood count), discharge and blood culture, chest X-ray if needed. I could recommend the treatment only after the proper diagnosis. So I suggest you consult your gynecologist without any delay and get the examinations done. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
