Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 19 years old. I believe that I have had peyronie's disease for one and a half months, as I have noticed that my penis bends slightly to the left. I do not have problems with urination. Also, I am not on any medications and do not have a history of related problems.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and would be happy to help. Bending of the penis to one side does not conclude peyronie's disease. Do you have any palpable lump along the shaft of the penis? If yes, kindly send me a picture depicting the same. Also, is there a history of diabetes, hypertension, or trauma?

Kindly revert with the answers to the above questions.

Thanks and Regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your response.

There is no lump. Also, there is no history of diabetes, hypertension, or trauma. I was on tablet Mirtazapine for depression about six months ago and syrup Iron up until two weeks ago. Today I have noticed a mild loss of sensation in the area where my left testicle meets the shaft of my penis. I felt a sharp pinch on the left side during masturbation, leading to early ejaculation. Presently, I can only feel my penis pulse on the right side and only slightly on the left. Also, I am barely able to keep my penis erect.

Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Based on your history, there is no evidence of Peyronie's disease. Bending of the penis to either side is completely normal unless it interferes with intercourse. As you have issues with erection, I suggest you take tablet Tadalafil 5 mg once daily for two weeks.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert after two weeks for a review.

Thanks and Regards.
