Kindly suggest a permanent cure for piles.

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 30-year-old female suffering from piles. First, it was on and off but now since around a month or so whenever I pass stools it starts paining me and then the pain stays for half a day or so. Then, if I pass stools again the next day, the same thing continues. This is causing discomfort. There is no bleeding seen in the stools or anywhere around the rectum. No visible signs of anything. Please, suggest me what medicines should I take? I am also taking syrup Duphalac for loosening stools but it still hurts a bit. Please suggest a permanent cure for this trouble.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You will have to follow a few steps for a few weeks.

  • Avoid nonvegetarian foods.
  • Take plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits.
  • Take sitz bath which means put three spoons of common salt in a small tub of water and sit in that tub morning and evening for two weeks.
  • I suggest you take Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase in the morning and evening for three days and tab Calcium Dobesilate 500 mg morning and evening for two weeks along with Pantop-D (Domperidone and Pantoprazole) before breakfast.
  • I suggest you continue Duphalac (Lactulose) 10 mL at bedtime. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and with their consent take the above medicines.

Regards.
