Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had an infestation of pinworms and threadworms for a year now. I am a hygienic clean, single moral person. I have no idea how I got them. Have seen a number of doctors and Reese's, Ivermectin, Mebendazole and now Albenza once a week for five months have not helped. They made a reservoir of my female cavity and now have moved into my ears and occasionally nose. I am at my wit's end. Afraid they will get in my brain and kill me. Can they do that?

I see them every day, as I zap them during the night with a lint roller and use a jeweler's lens to examine them in the morning. Sometimes they are still moving. Some look like long threads, some are black, and some are red, depending on what color of pajamas I wear. That is weird, guessing chameleon. Take wormwood, cloves, garlic, and black walnut hulls, and eat a parasitic diet. Fasted for 40 days with pineapple juice only and it did not kill them. I pray daily, asking God to help me. I pray that an infectious disease doctor is an answer.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Best is Ivermectin. If resistant, use 5 % Permethrin ointment in whole body. If possible, send me a picture for better advise.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I took the Ivermectin, but I have such a heavy infestation, it is not affecting it. I have taken it, along with the Albenzol two consecutive weeks each Tuesday. I have put some Permethrin cream in my ears, but still have pinworms in them too. I will continue on the Albenza and Ivermectin unless you instruct me differently. Taking two showers a day and washing all bedding every morning for a year now.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have persistent chronic pinworm infestation. You have taken multiple medications and current protocol is Ivermectin and Mebendazole are the first choice. Mostly, 90 % will cure with this only. For pruritis, you can take tablet Stugeron 25 mg PO OD. You can take single dose of tablet Pin X (Pyrantel Pamoate) 750 mg stat only once. This is alternative of Ivermectin.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

I have done what you suggested. I suppose I have been dealing with a severe infestation for a year and a half, and nothing seems to be effective in eliminating them. A significant part of my issue is a reservoir of them in the female cavity. I took Albenza three days ago, along with Ivermectin a couple of weeks back. I took Mebendazole with Ivermectin for a few consecutive weeks. I am currently taking about 20 herbal vitamins daily, as well as a prebiotic and probiotic for the past few months. I am also using coconut oil and oregano oil gel caps. However, nothing is halting their presence.

When they wake me up during the night, I place a lint roller brush against my body and sleep with it for the rest of the night. This is when they emerge from my orifices. In the morning, I inspect the lint roller with a jeweler's lens and observe shiny, cotton-like worms all over it. Some of them are still moving and attempting to break free. I shower both in the morning and at night, and I have been washing my sheets daily for nearly a year and a half. I am concerned that they might negatively impact my health.

I maintain a diet that is devoid of sugar and consists of minimal carbohydrates but with a focus on consuming ample fiber. Whenever I sit for a while, I feel the seatworms emerging. I am contemplating whether taking some dog tapeworm medication could be helpful, as a precaution in case there are small tapeworms involved. I purchased such medication tonight, thinking it might not cause harm, just as a safeguard. Would it be beneficial? I am deeply disheartened and I am praying that God will guide me to the right person who can assist me.

If you believe seeing a parasitologist is necessary, could you suggest one? For the past three months, I have been taking Pyrantel Pamoate suspension every week. I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as I find myself in a state of desperation and frustration. I am truly at my wit's end and seeking relief. I obtained Albenza, Ivermectin, and Mebendazole online. Is there a method to cleanse the female cavity in order to eliminate them from there?

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

Could you please provide me with a prescription for Ivermectin and Mebendazole? I require it for ordering and to keep on hand, following the instructions you initially provided, in case I decide to follow that protocol again. The processing of my order is dependent on having a prescription from you. Unfortunately, I am unable to send a picture. As pinworms are microscopic (visible to me through a jeweler's lens on the lint roller), capturing an image with a cell phone is not feasible. I will skip the other medication you mentioned, as I am not currently experiencing depression. I sincerely appreciate your care and expertise.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Prescriptions are not provided through this platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, you can obtain the same medication by consulting a local physician in your area.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

I have been struggling with these pinworms for nearly two years now, and my condition has not improved. The use of Mebendazole and Albenza has significantly contributed to the thinning of my hair. I am worried about the possibility of losing it completely. I have tried a combination of Ivermectin and Mebendazole, but it has not yielded any positive results. On certain nights, I have counted as many as 50 to 100 worms on the lint roller. To ensure accuracy in my observations, I take a shower right before bedtime and again each morning. During the night, I refrain from using a towel to dry off to prevent any fibers from the towel or my underwear from being mistaken for worm sightings. I have placed a wax-paper-like barrier on my underwear to avoid including any fibers, ensuring that what I am seeing is indeed only the worms.

I used to experience the sensation of seat worms emerging when I sat on specific chairs while working. However, now it appears that they have become more pervasive within my system and can emerge from various parts of my body. Is it possible for them to exit through the pores of the skin? On occasion, I have noticed these thin, filament-like worms standing upright on the lint brush in the morning. I can observe them squirming and moving, seemingly attempting to break free. I consume a multitude of vitamins and herbs daily, trying every variety I come across. This regimen is extremely time-consuming and has practically consumed my life. After battling this condition for two years, I find myself greatly disheartened. However, I hold onto the belief that either through your assistance or by some means, I will find the help I need. My female doctor seems to believe that it is all in my imagination, but I am certain that it is not. To confirm this, I even allowed someone else to observe the squirming worms.

I have acquired liquid Ivermectin meant for livestock. How many drops of this should I place in a capsule for use? I considered that it might be more potent than tablets, given that a doctor mentioned it is the same substance but more cost-effective. I have obtained Albenza, Mebendazole, and Ivermectin through overseas orders, but I am uncertain about their authenticity and potency due to concerns about the reliability of these sources. Your assistance in this matter would mean a great deal to me, and I am truly grateful for any guidance you can provide. I continuously pray, placing my trust in God, as these experiences are incredibly tormenting and feel almost demonic in nature. To address potential imbalances in my immune system that might be contributing to this issue, I have incorporated prebiotics, probiotics, and pH-balanced water ranging from 7 to 9. I am hoping that a higher count of beneficial bacteria will eventually overpower the harmful ones. I am open to any advice you can offer; it would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Do not use ivermectin in liquid form, as it is approved solely as a dewormer for horses and not intended for human use. If you wish to use it, opt for the tablet form. Additionally, I suggest you consider tablet Fluoxetine 20 mg orally once a day for a duration of eight weeks. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her, and take the medicines with their consent. This can assist in alleviating stress and promoting a sense of relief.

Thank you.
